How I Can Help

Support from someone who has probably been there — or definitely knows someone who has

I understand the pressure, the culture and what can happen when work begins to affect the rest of your life. We can talk honestly about what is happening and what might help.

What We Can Talk About

Things You May Be Dealing With

Burnout and Exhaustion

When pressure, responsibility and constant demands begin affecting your energy, health, relationships or ability to cope, we can talk honestly about what is happening and what might help.

Addiction and Unhealthy Coping

Alcohol, drugs, gambling, sex, food, work or other behaviours can become ways of coping when life feels overwhelming. I offer honest, non-judgmental support and can also help you find specialist or local recovery support where appropriate.

Relationship Strain & Isolation

Pressure at work can affect relationships, create distance and leave people feeling alone. We can talk through what is happening without blame, judgment or lectures.

Would it help to have a private conversation?

We can begin with a confidential conversation at no charge, so you can decide whether you feel comfortable speaking with me.
